Leadership Development
Self-awareness and being aware of others
Technical 'smarts' (coding, sales, marketing, processes, etc.) will only get you so far in your role at work. When individuals work in teams where they are required to influence colleagues with different areas of expertise, the challenge to achieve results get a lot harder.
Emotional Intelligence plays a much more significant part in influencing and having more impact. Research into brain science has come a long way. As a result management and leadership training has developed considerably to enable people to grow and improve how they manage themselves and interact effectively with others.
Tom uses psychometric tools (EQi 2.0, Myers Briggs, Kilmann (TKI) and Strengthscope) explore how we use our personalities and traits to consciously adapted to influence and persuade others.
These proven tools are critical for accelerating self-development, along with follow-up support coaching to ensure the changes made are working well.

Mentoring
What is a Mentor?
A mentor is a professional person who offers confidential support, advice and guidance on a one-to-one basis.
They will take the time to get to know you and the challenges you are currently facing. They will then use their knowledge, understanding and personal experience to facilitate your own improved development.
Why would I need mentoring?
An ideal time to recruit a mentor is when you have been moved or promoted into a new role. The benefits of being mentored will enable you to accelerate your development with access to expertise and best practices.
A good mentor will have been in a similar role and have both the skills and the abilities to get you up to speed in a way that challenges and excites you.
